Streamline zoning and permitting processes to facilitate local development
I will push for federal programs or tax incentives that encourage state and local governments to adopt simpler and more efficient zoning processes to pave the way for progress.
I will work towards advancing policies and provisions like the Neighborhood Homes Investment Act to build or rehabilitate housing options for our communities and families that are affordable.
